Winter particulate levels are among the highest in Europe, and the city cannot attribute them to sources with enough confidence to act.

The project

Expansion of the reference monitoring network, a calibrated low-cost sensor layer for spatial coverage, and a source attribution model that separates domestic heating, transport and transboundary contributions.
