The challenge

Planning decisions on transport, heat and construction are taken on separate datasets that cannot be compared.

The project

A city-scale digital twin joining the cadastre, the transport model, the district heating network and building energy performance data in one governed environment. The platform is intended to support scenario testing before capital decisions, not visualisation for its own sake. Procurement is expected to be split into a data layer and an application layer.
