City membership, industry membership and strategic partnership are separate arrangements. They are not tiers of one product and they are not priced against each other.
For public authorities
Municipalities, metropolitan and inter-municipal bodies, regional authorities and municipal operating companies, in the EU and in candidate countries.
For suppliers and financiers
Technology providers, infrastructure and engineering firms, service operators, financiers and SMEs working with European cities.
For institutions
Financing institutions, federations, universities, research institutes and policy bodies with a defined programme of work in mind.
Without joining
A network that hides its useful work behind a paywall gets smaller, and a project pipeline only works if the market can actually see it.
Any public authority in Europe can publish a challenge, member or not. It is the fastest route into the network and it costs nothing.
The pipeline is public. Project titles, cities, sectors, stages, headline investment and procurement windows require no membership.
The funding radar, policy briefs and case studies are published openly. Only the working papers behind them are member material.
Open market dialogue is open to any supplier, whether or not they are an ESCA member. That is what makes it lawful.
Say what your organisation is and what you are trying to achieve. ESCA will tell you which membership fits, including when the answer is that none of them do and something else would serve you better.
