The challenge

A significant share of treated water does not reach a metered customer, and the network records are incomplete.

The project

District metered area segmentation, pressure management, acoustic leak detection and a network asset record rebuilt from survey rather than from archive drawings. The concept stage is establishing how much of the loss is physical and how much is metering and billing.
