What the application is for

Cohorts are small and the value depends on who is in them. The application establishes that participants have a live case, so that sessions work on real decisions rather than on hypotheticals.

It is not a competitive selection, and most applications are accepted.

Restricted cohorts

The procurement, EU funding and AI programmes are restricted to public authorities. Suppliers in the room change what participants are willing to discuss about live procedures.

Reduced fees

Municipalities in EU candidate countries may be eligible for reduced fees under the Accession Cities programme. Small municipalities may also request a reduced rate. Say so in the application.
